Initiate Your Return
Log into your Sabsshop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are still attached to the garments.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
